By accessing and using the Triflex Media website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Triflex Media provides digital marketing, content production, 3D animation, performance marketing, branding, web design, and AI automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables. Clients must ensure they have the rights to any materials provided to Triflex Media.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences. Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them. Triflex Media retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Triflex Media.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and technical processes. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate.
Triflex Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns as outcomes depend on many external factors.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable unless Triflex Media fails to commence work within the agreed timeframe.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Antonio, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
